This is the first we've ever seen of these, and we've been doing this for 20 years.
Vintage Mountain Equipment "Rock House Friend" #2 1/2. We believe that's the size anyway even though the cam is stamped "2 2/1".
Great rare piece, it's also titanium. Excellent condition that is scratched up a bit but appears to never have been placed.
